At the heart of the business are Shane Forsey, Frank Forsey, Matthew Forsey, and Ben Forsey — a hands-on team combining decades of professional experience with strong practical skills and a genuine work ethic.
Shane Forsey
Shane Forsey brings over 30 years of experience working in IT alongside a long-standing passion for property maintenance and management. Over the past 25 years, Shane has also developed extensive hands-on experience working with large homes, gardens, and rural properties.
Shane’s background in structured, detail-focused IT roles translates directly into the way the business is run today — organised, responsive, and solution-focused. His interest in property care has grown into a full-service offering that covers property management, maintenance, and ongoing support for homeowners who want reliable local oversight of their property.
Frank Forsey
Frank Forsey also comes from an IT background but is highly practical and hands-on in nature. He has a strong skill set in general property maintenance, with particular expertise in woodwork, decking, and outdoor structures.
Frank is also confident with electrical fittings such as light switches and fixtures, and is known for his ability to troubleshoot and resolve practical household issues quickly and efficiently.
Matthew Forsey
Matthew is a student who actively contributes to the business. He is energetic, reliable, and willing to get involved in all aspects of site work and property tasks. His role helps support day-to-day operations and ensures work gets completed efficiently and with care.
Andy Kinsella
In 2019, Andy moved to Australia, where he spent six years building his resume. For five of those years, he worked in the Pilbara mining region of Western Australia, operating a wide range of tracked machinery — including excavators, dozers and Posi-Tracks — while gaining extensive experience with GPS machine control and large-scale earthmoving operations.
When he returned home to Ireland in May 2025, he combined all his skills and knowledge to bring together professional tree care, precision earthmoving, landscaping and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. Andy is extremely experienced, fully qualified and insured specialising in tree surgery, removal, pruning, maintenance and stump grinding.
